3. Purchasing & Consumer Rights
In compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (No. 181 of 2018):
- Pricing: All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Right of Return: Consumers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
- Defective Goods: If a product is found to be defective or non-compliant with specifications, the consumer has 30 days to request a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- Invoicing: A detailed tax invoice will be provided with every transaction, including the product’s lifespan and warranty details.
